Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused fragrance in its original box and shipping carton, ensuring the tamper-evident seal remains intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return labels provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
